A clearer view of the work
A request should start a review. See the recorded stock and expiration dates before making a purchasing decision.
A clinic asks for more medication. Is it already there? Is another lot nearing expiration? Give the manager a record to check.
Counts, receiving, and waste update recorded stock. Staff still verify the shelf; ordering remains a manager decision.
A staff member has requested more stock at Location A.
“We need more for the clinic.”
Review recorded stock before deciding. The software does not automatically block duplicate purchases.
Approval changes the request status. It does not place a vendor order.
Recorded stock comes from receiving, physical counts, and waste. Par and reorder levels stay blank until confirmed.

Location A has 12 boxes recorded. The request is for 8 more.

Manager · Purchasing decisionsRecord deliveries with lot and expiration where required. Review expiring lots and log waste with an audit history.
Owner · Stock and cost visibilityBoxes expiring on the shelf. More being ordered without checking what’s already there.
That is the problem this inventory workflow was built to address. PharmRx connects recorded stock, staff requests, manager decisions, and waste records so owners can see what happened.
Managers can check recorded stock by location and review staff requests before purchasing. The system supports approval and rejection with a reason. It does not automatically detect or block every duplicate purchase; the manager still makes the decision.
Fees depend on the product and scope and are agreed in your service agreement or order. Hosted services are billed monthly through Stripe. Start a conversation to discuss your needs and pricing.
Lots with recorded stock appear in the expiration view within 60 days, with 30-day and 7-day groupings. Managers can record review notes; item and lot searches support recall lookup. Expiration review does not automatically dispose of stock. Waste is recorded separately.
Recorded quantities are updated through receiving, physical counts, waste, and recorded discretionary dispensing. Routine point-of-use consumption is not tracked automatically, so keeping counts current matters. Your records remain yours; see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms govern use of software and services provided by PharmRx LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("PharmRx," "we," "us"). By accessing any PharmRx product or website, you agree to these Terms. Where a client has signed a written service agreement with PharmRx, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
1. Services. PharmRx provides business operations software for healthcare organizations, delivered as hosted, subscription-based services. Our products are record-keeping and visibility tools for business clients. They are not medical devices, do not provide clinical advice, and are not intended to store protected health information; clients agree not to enter patient health information into any PharmRx product.
2. Accounts. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their accounts. Clients must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or integrity of the service.
3. Fees and billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, our payment processor. PharmRx does not store card details. Fees are stated in the applicable service agreement or order. Either party may cancel a month-to-month subscription with 30 days' written notice. If a payment fails and is not cured within 14 days of notice, we may suspend access until paid; client data is never deleted for non-payment. Amounts charged in error will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Client data. All data a client enters into a PharmRx product belongs to that client. Clients may export their data at any time in standard formats. Upon termination, we will provide a complete export on request and thereafter delete client data from production systems and backups within 60 days, except as required by law. We access client data only to provide support, fix defects, maintain security, or as required by law, and we treat it as confidential.
5. Intellectual property. PharmRx retains all right, title, and interest in its software, designs, and documentation. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for their internal business operations during their subscription. Clients may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the services to build a competing product.
6. Acceptable use. Clients may not use the services to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our or others' systems, or interfere with the operation of the services.
7. Availability. We target high availability and perform scheduled maintenance outside our clients' business hours where practical, with advance notice. The services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer of warranties. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, the services are provided "as is" and "as available," and PharmRx disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Clients remain solely responsible for their own clinical, purchasing, staffing, and regulatory decisions.
9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees the client paid to PharmRx in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to a client's payment obligations or to either party's willful misconduct.
10. Indemnification. Each party will defend and indemnify the other against third-party claims arising from its own breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights, provided the indemnified party gives prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.
11. Termination. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of written notice. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any action to enforce these Terms is entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting a signed agreement require the written consent of that agreement.
14. General. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms plus any signed service agreement are the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services. Neither party may assign these Terms without the other's consent, except to a successor of substantially all of its business with notice. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
This policy describes how PharmRx LLC handles information in connection with its websites and services.
What we collect. Business contact information (names, work email addresses, usernames) for the people our clients authorize; the operational business records clients enter into our products (inventory, purchasing, and related records); and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by operating a secure service. We do not collect or store patient health information, and our clients agree not to enter it.
How we use it. Solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, to communicate with clients about their accounts, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent any information, we do not use client data for advertising, and we do not train third-party AI models on client data.
Payments. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance; they never touch PharmRx systems. We receive only non-sensitive billing metadata such as payment status.
Sharing. We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the business—payment processing (Stripe) and cloud hosting/backup infrastructure—each bound to use it only on our behalf; or when required by law, in which case we will notify the affected client unless legally prohibited.
Security. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authenticated, role-based accounts, all changes are recorded in audit logs, and production data is backed up daily.
Retention and your rights. We retain client data for the life of the subscription and delete it within 60 days of termination, except as required by law. Clients and their authorized users may request access, export, correction, or deletion of their information at any time by emailing mehdi@bezih.com; we respond within 30 days.
Cookies. Our products use only essential session cookies required for sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children. Our services are business tools for adults and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes. We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a revised effective date. Questions: mehdi@bezih.com.
